We believe Holy Names offers your daughter the best educational experience available in the Capital Region and that the return on your investment in her future will be worth it. Tuition 2023-2024

The Trustees of Academy of the Holy Names are pleased to announce a tuition restructuring for the 2023-2024 school year.

This action is the result of a comprehensive review of our mission and strategic plan, reinforcing our commitment to provide more families access to our extraordinary, all-girls, college-preparatory education, one marked by academic excellence, spiritual growth, and personalized attention.

Managing Holy Names Tuition

We know that tuition payment can be a major factor in the overall management of family life and budget. To assist in making Holy Names affordable, we offer three options for tuition payment. 
  • A one-time full payment to the school
  • A two-time payment plan
  • A monthly payment plan 
The payment plans are administered by FACTS, a payment plan provider widely used by schools nationwide. FACTS offers a simple, convenient payment path that is completely confidential and secure. Because it is not a loan program, FACTS does not assess any interest or finance charges, and there is no credit check. 
 
Annual tuition rates are determined in January and tuition payment begins in July. A deposit of $500 toward tuition will be collected with new student registration. Costs for supplies, uniforms and graduation fees are in addition to the tuition.

  • Plan 1

    Full tuition payment is due to the school by July 1st.

  • Plan 2

    Two payments of equal amounts through the FACTS Tuition Management Plan, are due July and December. Use the FACTS link below to set up an account.

  • Plan 3

    Monthly payments payable in 10 installments through the FACTS Tuition Management Plan. Payments are due July through April. Use the FACT link below to set up an account.

North Country Bus

Private Northway transportation is available for students who live in the Clifton Park and Saratoga area.  The morning and afternoon bus stops are at Northway exits 9, 12, and 15.  The fee is $1900 per school year, per student for round trip transportation.  There is also a shuttle service option to and from CBA.  For more information regarding transportation options, please call the Admissions Office, 518-438-7895 x202, or email Ann Rento.
