Academy of the Holy Names is committed to serving students from a wide variety of socio-economic backgrounds. As part of that commitment, the school strives to partner with families to make sure that a Holy Names education is accessible to all qualified students. Financial Aid is need-based tuition assistance. Decisions regarding financial aid are made by the Financial Aid Committee on the basis of a family’s demonstrated need and the availability of funds from the school. Such need is defined as the difference between the schools’ tuition and what the family can reasonably contribute.
Academy of the Holy Names will make fair and objective award decisions based on the financial information provided. Financial aid is awarded to the families most in need among the families who apply for aid in a given year. It is allocated by the financial aid committee on a first come-first served basis. Financial aid is not guaranteed; each family is expected to use all resources available to them in paying for a Holy Names education. Families may anticipate confirmation of financial aid awards in the spring once acceptance decisions have been made.
In order to qualify for financial aid, a student must be accepted by the school, and families must submit an application and all required supporting materials to FACTS
, the online service which processes the school’s financial aid applications.
